GRASSROOTS73 ENDEAVERS TO INCLUDE ISSUSES WHICH IMPACT ALL RESIDENTS, OWNERS AND OTHER RESIDENTS, BECAUSE WE'RE

 INTERESTED IN THE WHOLE COMMUNITY.

SEVERAL OF OUR GRASSROOTS73 FOUNDERS ARE INDEED BOAT OWNERS AS ARE SEVERAL MEMBERS OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS.

RULES AND REGULATIONS PERTAINING TO THE BOAT DOCKS ARE FOUND IN SECTION E OF THE PASADENA COVE ASSOCIATION RULES AND REGULATIONS.

WE EXPECT TO INCLUDE NEWS WORTHY ARTICLES PRETAINING TO THINGS NAUTCIAL , INCLUDING STORIES ABOUT OWNER'S CRUSIES ON "THE GREAT CIRCLE" AND THE BEHAMA AND MACINAW RACES.  WE WILL FEATURE THINGS THAT MOST BOAT OWNERS CHERISH, THEIR BOATS!

March 7, 2023 is election day for Pasadena Cove Board of Directors! As a resident of Pasadena Cove (I have rented here for 4 years) and boat owner ( my 39' trawler "Recess" is in Slip 11, Pasadena Cove Marina), I have a strong interest in boaters' rights here at Pasadena Cove Marina. Last year I fought against a proposed change in Marina Rules that would have prevented boat owners from staying overnight on their boats while docked in the marina. All of you received my many emails opposing that rule change. Thankfully the proposed rule restricting boaters' rights was never brought to a vote by the Board. That's not to say it will never come up again! Accordingly, I provide below a list of Board candidates running for election that I believe will support boaters' rights here in Pasadena Cove Marina. I am not endorsing these candidates for other issues relating to the overall governance of Pasadena Cove Condo Association ... just that they are strong advocates for boat owners!  Please consider voting for the following (listed alphabetically):
